To Install SPSS:

  1. Click on SPSS_Statistics_28_win64
  2. If prompted by a User Account Control screen, click Yes
  3. Click Next
  4. Read Agreement and select 'I accept'
  5. Click Next
  6. SPSS should install to the folder C:Program FilesIBMSPSS Statistics
  7. Click Next
  8. Click Install
  9. Click Finish

To License SPSS:

  1. Select 'Launch Licence Product'
  2. Click Next
  3. Select Authorized user license. Copy the Lock Code which appears at the bottom of screen
  4. Your License code will be generated
  5. In SPSS, Click Next
  6. Enter the license code that was generated and click Add
  7. Click Next
  8. The License code should be successfully processed. Click Next
  9. Click Finish

To Download SPSS 28:
